The CRIME NOIR II PANEL was hosted by Rack Packer Allan Dempsey, and the panel was comprised of Darwyn CookeJimmy Palmiotti, Justin Gray, Frank Tieri and Dave Johnson. They discussed various aspects of working in the crime noir genre.
